What only NexGenSpec does
- Whole-home LiDAR floor plan. Scan room by room and NexGenSpec can merge the pieces into a floor plan of the home — a spatial reference and visual guide that orients the report, not a measured architectural drawing. When room geometry can’t be aligned confidently, the plan is omitted rather than faked.
- Tamper-evident report. Every generated PDF carries a Report ID and a SHA-256 hash, with locked, timestamped e-signatures. If a finding is ever challenged, you can show the document hasn’t been altered since you signed it.

Where an AI-first app may fit
